We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the Company's medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other medical institutions. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the Company's medical products and solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Achieve established sales targets and performance objectives.
Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
RequirementsExperience
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a sales role.
Experience in medical sales, healthcare products, laboratory supplies, medical equipment, or related industries will be a strong asset.
Previous field sales experience is preferred.
Education
Five (5) CXC/O'Level passes including Mathematics and English.
Relevant sales, business, healthcare, or medical qualifications will be considered an asset.

Additional Requirements
Valid Driver's Permit.

Willingness to travel extensively throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Valid Police Certificate of Good Character.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Additional hours may be required to accommodate client visits and business development activities.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
