Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven In-Store Merchandiser to support the promotion and presentation of the company's products within retail outlets by maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, building positive relationships with retail customers and supporting sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for the company's products within retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure the company's products are properly displayed and attractively merchandised within assigned retail outlets.

2. Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked.

3. Maintain product displays in accordance with company merchandising standards.

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and customers.

5. Promote products and assist in driving sales within assigned locations.

6. Monitor product availability, pricing and promotional displays.

7. Identify and report stock shortages, damaged products and merchandising concerns.

8. Prepare reports on store visits, stock levels and sales activities.

9. Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets.

10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience.

2. Must possess a reliable personal vehicle.

3. Must be willing and available to work weekends.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

6. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

7. A genuine passion for sales and customer service.

8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
