We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our Managed Print Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure our business clients never run out of toner — and that means staying ahead of problems before they happen.
You will work with daily reports from our printer fleet, track toner levels across multiple client accounts, coordinate with field technicians and suppliers, and make sure the right supplies reach the right customers on time.
This is an operations and coordination role. You will be the person who keeps everything organised, tracked, and actioned.
• Review daily toner and printer fleet reports and flag accounts that need urgent attention
• Identify which customers are at risk of running out of toner — before it happens
• Coordinate with technicians, couriers, and suppliers to get supplies delivered on time
• Track stock levels and recommend when new toner needs to be ordered
• Keep records up to date and follow up until every open issue is closed
• Escalate risks early to your manager and the relevant teams
• Use Excel to organise data, calculate stock needs, and produce clear summaries
• Use AI tools to improve your daily workflow, while always verifying outputs for accuracy
• Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, filters, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience working with reports, data, or operational tracking in a previous role
• A self-starter who acts without being prompted — you spot a problem and you fix it
• Good communication skills — you will coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and managers daily
• High attention to detail — small errors in this role can directly affect our customers
• Background in inventory, logistics, operations, or procurement is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is a plus
• Enjoy structured, organised daily work and take pride in following through
• Like working with data and spreadsheets to solve real problems
• Are comfortable following up firmly and persistently to get things done
• Do not wait to be told — you act when you see a risk
• Understand that a customer running out of toner is a serious issue, not a minor inconvenience
This role is based in Trinidad. You will support accounts across Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Jamaica.
