JOB OVERVIEW:
The Multinational Support Assistant – Global Network Partners handles the full range of administrative functions of the Global Network Partners department in the achievement of the department’s goals

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. Receivables Management 
- Prepare and send Overseas tax request to Manager for approval and then send to Overseas agents to pay taxes on our behalf
- Manage Unallocated Cash Balances
- Prepare payment vouchers for receipting of premiums received
- Prepare payment requisitions (PY) on Webstar and send for authorization.
- Submit PY to finance to issue payment to GNP
- Compile receipts requested by finance for auditors, send to upline to approval and submit to finance within stipulated timelines

2. Compliance Requirements 
- Follow up all Know Your Customer (KYC) information and documents from clients, brokers and GNPs
- Upload documents on Webstar
- Escalate to upline per compliance procedures

3. Policy issuance 
- Send renewal reminders to Global Network Partners per standards
- Lapse policies as per standards

4. Reporting 
- Generate specific monthly reports

5. To perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
- 5 CXC/CSEC passes including Mathematics, English Language and Accounting
- 2 A’Level/CAPE subjects
- Introduction to General Insurance Certificate
- At least two (2) years’ experience in the General Insurance Industry or a customer interfacing role

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: 
The Multinational Support Assistant – Global Network Partners must be meticulous, systematic and logical. He/she must be able to manage time and also effectively communicate with all levels of individuals both internal and external. He/she must be able to work in teams, display a strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
