treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily care needs while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns.
- Support vital signs, wellness checks, documentation, and program routines as directed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, recovery-focused environment.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, counselors, and support staff.
- Oversees serving of meals
Qualifications
- Nursing Aide, Health Care Aide, or related patient-care experience preferred.
- Experience in addictions treatment, behavioral health, mental health, or residential care is an asset.
- Strong communication, observation, teamwork, and crisis-response skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed approach to care.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
