Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing ALL aspects of daily operations ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the business. This role involves managing staff, ensuring equipment upkeep, and monitoring customer satisfaction in alignment with the company’s standards. The Operations Coordinator is expected to maintain high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and ensure compliance with safety best practices and company policies.
Educational Requirement
● Relevant training and qualifications / Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
● Technical or vocational training in automotive services, mechanical systems, or facility management would be an asset.
● Relevant certifications in operations, customer service, or safety management or supervisory training
Experience
● 2–5 years of experience in a service-oriented industry, such as automotive services, or facilities management.
● Prior supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred, particularly in overseeing frontline staff or multiple locations.
● Experience with equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting of small engine machinesis highly desirable.
● Proven ability to implement operational procedures, manage schedules, and ensure quality control.
● Experience handling customer service situations, including complaints, service recovery, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
● Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a service or industrial setting is an asset.
