Job Purpose 
The Porsche Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Sales Division to achieve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and brand objectives. The role provides strategic leadership to the Sales Team while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Porsche's premium standards. The incumbent oversees sales performance, showroom operations, marketing collaboration, customer relationship management, inventory planning and team development while driving continuous business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. 

• Define and monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions where required. 

• Manage the sales funnel and maximize conversion rates. 

• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. 

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and economic conditions. 

• Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. 

Customer Experience & Brand Excellence 

• Ensure Porsche is represented at the highest level at every customer touchpoint. 

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience. 

• Build long-term customer loyalty and resolve escalated customer concerns. 

• Maintain full compliance with Porsche brand standards. 

Leadership & People Management 

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Team. 

• Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. 

• Identify training needs and support employee development. 

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning. 

• Promote collaboration across Sales, Marketing, CRM and Aftersales. 

Sales Operations 

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure process efficiency. 

• Manage inventory and demonstration vehicles. 

• Ensure CRM data integrity and effective use of sales systems. 

• Analyse sales performance and implement improvement initiatives. 

Marketing & Business Development 

• Partner with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns and customer events. 

• Segment the customer database for targeted marketing initiatives.

• Represent Porsche at networking and brand events. 

Showroom Management 

• Ensure showroom presentation reflects Porsche premium standards. 

• Maintain all sales tools, CRM access, product brochures and digital resources. 

• Enforce professional appearance and showroom discipline. 

• Oversee showroom staffing requirements. 

Financial & Administrative Management 

• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. 

• Monitor departmental expenses. 

• Maintain accurate records and management reports. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies. 

• Continuous Improvement 

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and sales performance. 

• Support adoption of new technologies and best practices. 


Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field. 

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a sales management role. 

• Automotive luxury sales management experience preferred. 

• Strong CRM, commercial and leadership experience.
