Responsible for:
Coordinating and managing the daily operations of the Production Department to ensure that products are efficiently and safely manufactured in line with company standards, customer demand, and strategic goals. This includes overseeing all aspects of Production, engaging in interdepartmental communication and supporting optimal production performance and continuous improvement. 

 Key Responsibilities
1. Production Scheduling: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders, sales targets and stock management. 

2. Workflow Management: Monitor and manage the flow of materials and products through the production process, ensuring efficiency and timely completion. 

3. Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot production delays or issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime; and staff issues, initiating corrective actions as needed. 

4. Communication: Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations. 

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Five (5) CXC passes inclusive of Maths and English 

2. Diploma in Management or a related discipline will be an asset 

3. At least three (3) years experience in Manufacturing or Food Production environment 

4. Experience with HSE and Food Quality Standards. 

5. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
