A leading manufacturing company in East Trinidad is seeking a qualified and dependable individual to fill the position of Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects across the organization, including construction, engineering, operational improvement, export development, compliance, and strategic business initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

 Plan and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.  

 Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.  

 Coordinate internal and external personnel involved in projects.   

 Monitor project progress, risks, and compliance requirements.  

 Provide project updates, reports, and recommendations to management.  

Requirements: 

 Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  

 Minimum 3–5 years' experience managing projects, preferably within manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial operations.  

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other project management software.  

 Knowledge of construction management, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance would be an asset.  

 Valid driver's permit.
