Job Summary: 
Join Our Team as a Receiving Clerk! Be a vital part of Bhagwansingh's Hardware & Steel Industries Limited, ensuring smooth inventory operations. You'll play a crucial role as a Receiving Clerk responsible for performing clerical and physical tasks in connection with receiving incoming deliveries. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Physically receive foreign and local shipments
• Generating receiving reports and discrepancy reports
• Entering local invoices into the system
• Assisting with returns of items as necessary
• Managing inter-store branch transfers and following up on those transfers
• Conducting cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Assist with general Data Entry (Creating New Items, Price Changes, Inserting Barcodes, Creating, Amending and Extending dates on Promo and Merging Items)
• Filing of Inventory Documents
• Must comply with all company rules and regulations and Occupational Safety & Health Rules.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by your Inventory Supervisor

 
Requirements:

• 5 CXC Passes (Mathematics and English compulsory).
• 1-year work experience in similar field
• Must be computer literate
• Lift and move stock weighing at least 20lbs when receiving Inventory
