Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

 

The Receptionist will provide front desk, visitor management, call handling, administrative, and office support while maintaining a professional first point of contact.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

• Answer calls, respond to emails, and route inquiries.

• Maintain reception area, visitor logs, and access records.

• Support meeting room bookings, courier coordination, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

• Assist with document handling and office supplies.

• Follow security, confidentiality, and visitor procedures.

 

Requirements

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Strong organization and reliability.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

 

Preferred

• Experience in corporate, energy, logistics, industrial, or multinational environments.
