JOB OVERVIEW:
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Manager and Sales Force to ensure the Agents are properly serviced. Additionally, he/ she provides analyses to the Manager and monitors the department’s accounts, ensuring accuracy of all data input provided for GLOC’s financial accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Record and maintain agent profiles on INGENIUM & People Soft and Ensure agents’ compliance with regulatory agencies, CBTT and FSC.
2. Manage all payroll related functions for the Sales Force including Advance Requests, Financing, cash loan and car loans.
3. Provide Management reports as it relates to agents’ production, commission and sales recruiting and attrition.
4. Monitor and reconcile all department accounts and prepare annual capital and expense budgets for the Sales Administration Department and all branches.
5. Administer all company Sales competitions for the Sales Force.
6. To perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 5 CXC/ CSEC passes including Mathematics, English Language and Principles of Accounting.
• 2 A’ Level/ CAPE subjects
• LOMA 280, 290, ACS 100 and all related parts
• At least 2 years’ working experience in a similar position
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The Sales Administration Assistant must be flexible, highly adaptive to changes in the organisation and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. He/ She must be a very meticulous, organised and detail-oriented individual. The individual must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to make sound decisions.
