- Meeting or exceeding personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Assisting customers in the selection of Jewelry merchandise.
- Handling each transaction efficiently and accurately
- Check in and replenish new merchandise inside cases.
- Completing customer repair envelopes and following up with the repairs to ensure customer estimates and repairs are completed on a timely basis
- Following all procedures for inventory counts.
- Maintain professional standards for dress and appearance
- Cooperate with fellow associates and management
- Complying with all store procedures including attendance and tardiness.
- Accepting additional responsibilities and executing tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 CXC Passes including Maths & English
- Minimum of 1 years relevant retail sales experience
- High energy and drive to succeed
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
