Position: Sales & Projects Supervisor
Caribbean LED Solutions is seeking a strong, organized, and proactive Sales & Projects Supervisor to lead our sales operations, oversee project delivery flow, coordinate contractors, ensure our customer commitments are met from opportunity to completions and all help desk ticket are resolved. 

 

This role is ideal for someone who can lead people, manage moving parts, solve problems quickly, and keep the sales pipeline, active projects on track and help desk tickets completed.  

 

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Sales Operators and ensure follow-up discipline

Monitor leads, quotations, conversions, and pipeline movement

Review project status and identify delays or risks

Coordinate contractor onboarding, scheduling, and performance

Oversee project escalations and customer delivery issues

Run sales and project review meetings

Ensure CRM and reporting discipline across the sales team

Support smooth handover from sale to execution and completion

Ensure that all after sales support tickets are fulfilled on time.  

 

Requirements

3+ years experience in sales coordination, project coordination, operations supervision, or a similar leadership role

Strong ability to manage people, deadlines, and follow-up

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience working with customers, project teams, or contractors

Strong organizational and reporting ability

Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred

Experience in interior design, electrical, construction, distribution, or project-based businesses

Experience using CRM or ERP systems

Experience managing field teams or subcontractors

 

Temperament

Strong leader without needing to micromanage

Assertive and professional

Process-driven and accountable

Customer-focused

Comfortable handling escalations and difficult situations

Able to drive performance and maintain control of multiple moving projects
