10/16/2026Manage cost activities across project and turnaround portfolios to support financial governance, budget control, forecasting and cost reporting. Provide cost analysis, risk identification and decision support based on variances and trends to maintain project costs within approved budgets and targets.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• First degree (B.Sc., BEng or B.A.Sc.) in a relevant Engineering discipline or Project Management.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ practical experience in an Oil and Gas environment, including at least five (5) years in cost management, estimating, forecasting and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in cost-management tools, spreadsheets and reporting systems.
• Robust knowledge of estimating, benchmarking, project management, procurement, supply chain, construction and finance processes.
• Professional cost-estimating membership/certification is an asset and understanding of Construction, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain processes is required.
