Develop and approve robust cost estimates for projects, turnarounds and campaigns across appraisal, select, define, execute and operate stages. Review benchmarking estimates, evaluate alternatives and forecast funding requirements to support financially viable project decisions.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• First degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience across opportunity/project phases, including seven (7) years in cost estimating and five (5) years in the energy sector.
• Experience in front-end and definition/execution phases.
• Experience establishing, maintaining and delivering cost-estimating activities for multiple projects over US$10M is an asset.
• Detailed knowledge of estimating, benchmarking, project management, construction, fabrication, finance, procurement and supply chain processes; professional cost-estimating certification is an asset.
