Provide technical expertise to multidisciplinary teams and direct efficient cost control across project portfolios. Manage forecasting and reporting for expenditure authorisations, cash flow and earned value, provide financial oversight during projects/turnarounds, and support decisions through cost analysis and performance reporting.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the energy sector, including at least five (5) years in Cost Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for complex reports, graphs and presentations.
• Awareness of stage-gate investment decision-making processes.
• Robust knowledge of estimating, benchmarking, project management, procurement, supply chain, construction and finance processes; cost-estimating professional membership/certification is an asset.
