We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Mechanical & Process Engineer who thrives both at the engineering desk and on the field to lead our technical execution and drive engineering excellence.

(Role & Responsibilities):

• Dual-Focus Execution: Seamlessly bridge the gap between design office engineering and active field execution, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

• Process & Mechanical Design: Develop, review, and optimize mechanical layouts, piping systems, instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process flow schemes. 

• Field Leadership: Lead on-site technical surveys, assessments, and installation monitoring while enforcing strict QA/QC and HSE compliance.

• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior engineers in technical design workflows and coordinate closely with cross-functional project managers and site supervisors. 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BEng) in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering. A registered Professional Engineer (P.E. / R.Eng) status is highly preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with a proven track record of handling both field installations and core design cycles.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Strong understanding of ASME, API, and standard process piping codes. 

• Capabilities: Ability to operate comfortably in active industrial plant environments, read complex schematics on the fly, and solve mechanical issues under tight deadlines.
