Role Purpose
The Senior Field Officer plays a critical frontline leadership role in the delivery of professional wellbeing services. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and brand representation, ensuring that every interaction is conducted professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with the Organization’s standards.
The ideal candidate is personable, polished, highly dependable, and flexible—someone who leads confidently in the field, engages seamlessly with corporate and community stakeholders, and sets the tone for excellence, discipline, and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, and motivate the team during all field activities.
- Serve as the primary on-site authority, ensuring smooth execution of daily services.
- Model professional behaviour, strong work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills at all times.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to team members to improve performance and presentation.
2. Operational Planning & Logistics
- Coordinate daily field logistics including rosters, transportation, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure timely arrival, setup, execution, and breakdown of activities.
- Maintain oversight of tools, forms, and materials, ensuring accountability and care.
- Step in operationally to assist with services during high-volume or complex events.
3. Policy Compliance & Professional Standards
- Enforce Company policies, including:
- Dress Code & Grooming Standards
- Cell Phone Policy
- Code of Conduct
- Punctuality and Attendance Requirements
- Address performance or conduct issues promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
- Protect and uphold the Company’s brand reputation in every public-facing interaction.
4. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact at service locations where no Marketing representative is present.
- Represent the Company with confidence and professionalism at:
- Corporate initiatives
- Community outreach initiatives
- For corporate activities generated directly by the Field Officer, represent the Marketing Team on-site.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and event hosts.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Unit Coordinator and Senior Unit Administrator to:
- Align schedules and field priorities
- Share field updates, challenges, and insights
- Support pre- and post-event processes
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of:
- Team attendance and punctuality
- Screenings completed and referrals issued
- Partner feedback and notable observations
6. Training, Development & Mentorship
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Reinforce service protocols, etiquette, and engagement standards.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in field operations, outreach coordination, promotions or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of professionalism, discipline, and brand representation.
- Experience in community engagement, promotions, or corporate activations is an asset.
