Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representatives to support ongoing and upcoming opportunities within the Telecom, SaaS, and Connectivity Technology sectors. This role is ideal for commercially driven sales professionals who can independently generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close transactional deals in a fast-paced, global sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, campaigns, and events)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and fit
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, needs, and buying intent
  • Clearly communicate product/service value propositions to technical and business stakeholders
  • Progress and close smaller, transactional sales opportunities
  • Identify and escalate complex or enterprise-level opportunities to senior sales teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including pipeline activity and next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering)
  • Provide market feedback, objections, and insights to improve sales strategy

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B inside sales / sales development / account development
  • Experience in telecom, SaaS, connectivity, data center, cloud, or other technical B2B environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage international clients (U.S. / Europe)
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and manage sales conversations independently
  • Comfortable using phone-based selling as a primary channel
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in business terms
  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills
  • Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time hours

Preferred Requirements

  • Background in telecom, fiber, broadband, SaaS, or managed services sales
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Experience supporting global or offshore sales teams
  • Ability to conduct basic product demos or walkthroughs

Work Arrangement
