We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and international customer service standards.
This role requires strong leadership, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant or fast-food industry
At least five (5) O’Level passes, including Mathematics and English
Computer literate with basic operational and reporting skills
Experience in the fast-food industry is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to adhere to international standards and procedures for customer service
Must provide a Police Certificate of Character
