A leading manufacturing company in East Trinidad is seeking a qualified and dependable individual to fill the position of Technology Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving the company's electronic, instrumentation, and technology systems while supporting equipment reliability, IT infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair electronic, instrumentation, and technology systems. 

Install and support equipment, IT infrastructure, and technology-related projects. 

Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams and service providers. 

Maintain technology records, calibration activities, and equipment assets. 

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe system operation. 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, 

Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. 

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in electronic repair, instrumentation, industrial maintenance, or a related field. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 

Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and diagnostic equipment. 

Knowledge of networking infrastructure would be considered an asset
