  • Supervise employee attendance, productivity, and performance across two operational departments.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales activity and prepare sales, profit, and operational reports.
  • Oversee employee commissions, departmental expenses, and accounting/account reconciliation support.
  • Assist staff and partner agencies with hotel, airfare, transfer, ticketing, and travel-related requests.
  • Coordinate and manage group tours, travel programs, quotations, and familiarization (FAM) trips.
  • Maintain relationships and communication with partner agencies, suppliers, airlines, and operational stakeholders.
  • Supervise social media platforms, operational communication channels, and airport sales activities.
  • Issue tickets, travel packages, invoices, and related documentation as required.
  • Assist in building industry relationships, supporting new opportunities, and representing the company in operational and promotional initiatives when required.
  • Support overall departmental operations and ensure efficient coordination between teams, suppliers, and accounts departments.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
