The role ensures accurate, secure, and efficient operations while providing timely service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
Technical or Technological degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in related positions.
Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including task assignment, workload distribution, and staff performance.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, quantities, and part numbers.
Control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution.
Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs, safety, quality, organization, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of requirements.
