Description

• Oversee all phases of marine and coastal construction projects.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, procurement and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and health and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to upper management.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within civil or marine construction.
• Experience with jetty construction, breakwaters, sheet piling, and other coastal structures. 
• Strong leadership, time-management, and client management capabilities.
• Willing to work on-site, including weekends or outside standard hours.
• Comfortable working on Crane Barges, Tugs and remote project locations.
• Ability to travel as required by the project scope.
