Description
Job Spedcification:
We are seeking a seasoned Mechanic Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations for the Company's equipment fleet. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Ensure efficient troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery and engines.
- Source and procure parts both locally and internationally.
- Supervise a team of mechanics.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Experience with Manitowoc, P&H, Lorain, Caterpillar, JCB, Cummins, and outboard engines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in heavy equipment and marine machinery maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills in supervising technical teams.
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
