Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a consultation/ discovery call conversation with prospective leads in response to inquiries, these prospects would be native English or Spanish speakers.
  • Convert prospects into booked appointments through persuasive communication.
  • Follow-up to ensure that appointments are kept and missed appointments are rescheduled and eventually kept.
  • Use provided scripts, tools, and CRM systems to manage lead activity and schedules.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy with each interaction.
  • Collaborate with sales team leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching to improve performance.
  • Accurately document all communication and updates in CRM.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • 1+ years of experience in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
  • Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
