Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a consultation/ discovery call conversation with prospective leads in response to inquiries, these prospects would be native English or Spanish speakers.
- Convert prospects into booked appointments through persuasive communication.
- Follow-up to ensure that appointments are kept and missed appointments are rescheduled and eventually kept.
- Use provided scripts, tools, and CRM systems to manage lead activity and schedules.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy with each interaction.
- Collaborate with sales team leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Participate in regular training and coaching to improve performance.
- Accurately document all communication and updates in CRM.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- 1+ years of experience in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
