Position Summary:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing plans and strategies across the Caribbean region, ensuring alignment with Jamieson’s country-specific sales targets and the Company’s broader VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements) portfolio. This role ensures that all sub-distributors are equipped with the media, collateral, and promotional tools needed to drive successful marketing campaigns. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will also develop competitive profiles for Jamieson at the brand and product level for each market, allowing for targeted strategies that maximize SKU-level sales performance—particularly for champion products.
Additionally, the Regional Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Company’s Marketing team to tailor campaigns and advertising efforts based on regional insights, ensuring localized effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Regional Marketing Strategies
- Competitive Market Profiling and Data Analysis
- Sub-Distributor Support and Marketing Alignment
- Coordination with the Company's Marketing Team
- Market Visits and Stakeholder Engagement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 100% distribution of required marketing materials, media assets, and promotional tools to sub-distributors across the region.
- Successful execution of country-specific marketing plans, achieving Jamieson’s sales growth targets per market.
- Development of comprehensive competitive profiles for Jamieson in key Caribbean markets annually.
- Increase in sales by SKU for champion products in each country through targeted marketing efforts.
- Timely coordination of market-specific advertising adjustments with the Company’s marketing team.
- Completion of quarterly market visits to key regions to assess campaign execution and gather insights.
Key Competencies:
- Marketing execution and campaign management experience in regional or multi-country environments.
- Data analysis and competitive research skills to drive market-informed strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate between sub-distributors, marketing teams, and sales teams.
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities for adjusting marketing plans to suit individual country needs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure marketing alignment with sales objectives.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across different territories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in regional marketing, brand management, or trade marketing, preferably within the health and wellness, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of marketing execution in the Caribbean region and experience working with sub-distributors.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements) marketing or health-related industries is an asset.
- Ability to travel regionally for market visits and distributor support.
