Business View Magazine is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Junior Marketing Coordinator to support client relationships while assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key link between clients, internal teams, and marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and clients receive exceptional service.

This is a full time fully remote job. Competitive base salary: $1200 USD per month

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing and media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining positive and professional relationships quarterly
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Support leadership with client communications, project updates, and campaign reporting.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and marketing assets to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to execute client campaigns and branded content.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and campaign performance reports for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, retention, and campaign results.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and marketing activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, client services, or account coordination preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media marketing, or marketing analytics tools is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or branded content projects.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics).
  • Presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and summarize insights.
