Duties include;

- Daily record keeping of times for admin and technicians

- Record Keeping of HR (absent days forms)

- Daily checking on bank account and reporting balances  

- Checking throughout the day email and follow up

- Daily entering on customers payments via cheque, WIPAY or direct deposit

- Preparing bank deposit for courier

- Petty Cash

- Preparing cheques for AP and day to day transactions

- Entering vendor bills and payments to them as well

- Managing AR and AP

- Reconciling bank accounts

- Placing foreign orders with suppliers and daily updates on these 

- Placing local orders and daily updates on these

- Any other duties within the accounting function

 

Qualifications

Two (2) years relevant experience

Must have completed, or be currently pursuing, ACCA Level 1

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
