Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash application and allocation of receipts
- Invoice processing and reconciliation
- Collections and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate AR records and schedules
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliations
Requirements:
- Pursing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA (or a related field)
- Minimum of 2-3 years Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Working knowledge of invoicing, collections and credit control process is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
