Accounts Coordinator
Join our dynamic Team and help us keep our financial operations running smoothly! We are looking for someone detail-orientated, organized, proactive in managing daily accounts and reports . Account Coordinator will assist with daily accounting operations , including but not limited to;

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
  • Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare entries to documenting business transactions
  • Transfers data from working documentation to Company's inventory systems
  • Analyse daily banking transactions and journal entries.
  • Balance daily stores system reports;
  • Reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory); and inventory, bank accounts etc
  • Payroll reconciliation;
  • Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis;
  • Verify and reconcile payables, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement;
  • Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures;
  • Develop models to depict financial and related activities tailored for specific operations;
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least five (5) years experience in an accounting position;
  • CAT or ACCA Level 4;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance would be an asset.

 
 SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Superior decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Superior conflict-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Software.
