Join our dynamic Team and help us keep our financial operations running smoothly! We are looking for someone detail-orientated, organized, proactive in managing daily accounts and reports . Account Coordinator will assist with daily accounting operations , including but not limited to;
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare entries to documenting business transactions
Transfers data from working documentation to Company's inventory systems
Analyse daily banking transactions and journal entries.
Balance daily stores system reports;
Reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory); and inventory, bank accounts etc
Payroll reconciliation;
Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis;
Verify and reconcile payables, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement;
Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures;
Develop models to depict financial and related activities tailored for specific operations;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At least five (5) years experience in an accounting position;
CAT or ACCA Level 4;
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance would be an asset.
