About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Chemist to support laboratory testing, quality control, documentation, and product development activities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products

• Conduct physical and analytical tests (pH, viscosity, density, stability, etc.)

• Support batch release, QC checks, and investigations

• Assist with SDS, COAs, SOPs, and QMS documentation

• Support formulation trials, R&D projects, and cost-optimization initiatives

• Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• 1–3 years’ experience in a lab, QC, or chemical manufacturing environment (internship experience included)

• Strong attention to detail and interest in quality systems

• Experience with cleaning chemicals or detergents is an asset
