About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven, hands-on HSEQ Technician to support both Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role combines on-floor inspections and operational execution with system monitoring, compliance, and reporting, ensuring products are manufactured, packaged, stored, and released in compliance with approved quality standards, GMP requirements, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Perform routine in-process and finished-goods quality checks across compounding, filling, packaging, and warehouse operations

• Verify adherence to approved batch sheets, manufacturing instructions, and GMP requirements

• Support batch record verification, line clearance, and QA release activities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, labels, and finished goods

• Identify, report, and support investigation of quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints

• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection records, logs, and reports

• Support internal and external audits, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Health, Safety & Environmental

• Implement and monitor OSH, environmental, and safe work procedures

• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses

• Perform routine safety and workplace inspections across plant and warehouse areas

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and assist with corrective actions

• Maintain SDS/MSDS registers and chemical safety documentation

• Support environmental and waste management controls and EMA compliance

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and basic HSE training

• Coordinate and support Safety & Health Committee activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in OSH, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field

• 3–5 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial, or quality-controlled environment

• Strong attention to detail, observation, and reporting skills
