Job Summary:
The Barback supports bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and running efficiently. They anticipate the needs of the bar team to ensure quick service and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools. 

• Assist with basic prep such as cutting fruits, preparing garnishes, or making syrups 

• Clean and organize bar surfaces, shelves, and equipment throughout the shift

• Remove and sort used glassware; bring to dish area or wash as needed

• Take out trash, empty bottle bins, and maintain overall bar cleanliness

• Refill ice bins and ensure proper bar setup before and during service 

• Assist bartenders with any tasks needed during peak hours 

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol handling policies 

Qualifications:

• No formal bartending experience required; experience in hospitality is an asset 

• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail 

• Ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays 

• Good physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long hours) 

• Team-oriented and reliable with a positive attitude
