Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

 

The Chemical Process Specialist will support chemical handling, process monitoring, troubleshooting, quality checks, and operational support within industrial, plant, oilfield, or production environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor chemical processes, treatment activities, and operating parameters.

• Support chemical blending, dosing, transfer, sampling, and quality checks.

• Review process data and identify deviations or performance issues.

• Assist with troubleshooting process, product, or equipment concerns.

• Follow chemical handling, SDS, PPE, environmental, and HSE requirements.

• Prepare reports, logs, and documentation.

 

Requirements

• Experience in chemical processing, production, laboratory, process operations, oilfield chemicals, manufacturing, or plant operations.

• Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety practices.

• Ability to interpret process data and follow procedures.

• Good reporting and communication skills.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

 

Preferred

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field.
