Capital Signal Company Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to coordinate and oversee marine construction activities across a range of internal and external projects. Reporting to the Project Engineer/FieldEngineer, this role is central to ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Liaise with construction personnel and coordinate supply chain activities and personnel movement. 

Develop weekly work schedules and assign skilled and semi-skilled labour to tasks in line with project timelines. 

Oversee daily site activities, including workforce deployment, material logistics, and equipment handling, maintaining accurate progress records. 

Ensure safety, quality, and timely production on-site. 

Perform any other duties necessary for the proper functioning of the company as may be reasonably required from time to time. 

What we’re looking for: 

Minimum 10 years’ construction supervisory experience (marine or coastal construction experience an asset).

Strong knowledge of general carpentry and masonry. 

The ability to understand blueprints and drawings

Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Detail-oriented 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
