02/13/2026• A first degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mathematics or a related discipline from a recognized, accredited institution.
• A minimum of eight (8) years experience in all phases of an opportunity or project with seven (7) years in a cost estimating role in both the front-end and definition or execution phases, three (3) of which should be in an energy sector field.
Other preferred criteria:
• Prior responsibility for establishment, maintenance, and delivery of the cost estimating activity for a project >US$10M will be an asset.
• Membership or professional certification in a recognized cost estimating body will be an asset.
• Working knowledge of estimating, benchmarking and project management, supported by an awareness of Construction, Fabrication, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain processes is preferred.
