This role supports the dietary department by following dietary guidelines, ensuring food safety standards are met, and promoting nutritional health while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
DESCRIPTION
1. Evidence of having completed school up to secondary level.
2. Certification in food preparation from a recognized institution would be an asset.
3. At least two (2) years’ experience in food service or similar role.
4. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
