Discipline Engineer - EIC

  • A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Instrumentation/Controls/Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognised, accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience as an electrical, instrumentation or controls engineer within an oil and gas environment.
  • Knowledge of the design, operation and maintenance of Electrical, Instrumentation Equipment and Controls systems.
  • General knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumentation System (SIS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems and low voltage switchgear and motor control centers.
  • Professional qualification/certification with at least one (1) of the following: the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) US standard or Chartered Engineer (C.E.) UK standard. 

Discipline Engineer - Control Systems

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Control Systems or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  2. Basic knowledge of IT-based systems, including data communications, microprocessors and databases
  3. At least (5) years relevant experience, including:
  • industrial control systems e.g. Honeywell Experion DCS, Emerson Delta V DCS, Triconex SIS, CCC, Mark VI, Allen-Bradley PLCs
  • industrial plant, in Maintenance or doing Projects/modifications on plant
  1. Knowledge of and experience in any of the following areas:
  • Honeywell Experion SCADA configuration
  • OPC UA configuration and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Queries
  • Microsoft Power BI/Apps/Automate.
