We are seeking a highly competent and results‑driven Finance Manager to support the Group’s financial management and reporting across multiple entities. This role is critical to group consolidation, statutory compliance, asset oversight, and financial performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
- Lead group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Oversee fixed assets and inventory management
- Coordinate external audits and address audit findings
- Supervise and mentor finance team members and improve financial systems and processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, or ICATT CA)
- 8–10 years’ progressive experience, preferably within a group or multi‑entity environment
- Strong IFRS and Trinidad & Tobago tax knowledge
- Proven consolidation experience
- Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting systems proficiency
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
