Seize the opportunity to join Atlantic's Trainee Programme! Our two (2) year Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to Acquire Competitive Competencies in the Energy sector, in a Learning Environment that Recognises a positive Attitude, Technical knowledge and Excellence.
During the programme, the graduates will gain valuable exposure to a range of formal training, guidance, and experiential learning.
The Graduate Trainee Programme commences in August 2026.
DISCIPLINES
Applicants must be a graduate in possession of a first degree from an accredited institution in any of the following disciplines:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Social Sciences
• Business Management
• Finance/Accounting
• Health & Safety
• Environmental Sciences
• Legal * (LEC required) – Applicants with an LLB should have completed their Legal Education Certificate or will be completing in 2026.
To Apply, Applicants Must be:
• A graduate who obtained your first degree in the last two (2) years (graduated in 2024 or 2025) or graduating before October 2026.
• An individual possessing a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• In possession of no more than two (2) years’ work experience
• A citizen of Trinidad & Tobago
