1. Lawn Care: Cut lawn, rake and dispose of grass and edge walkways. Sprays with fertilizer/insecticide where required.
2. Pruning: Trim overgrown branches, hedges, and shrubs.
3. Cleanup: Rake leaves, pick up trash, and sweep paths, clearing and unclogging of drains.
4. Repair: Fix broken fences, or simple outdoor furniture/fixtures.
5. Power washes: around the building including drains and pathways.
6. Sort and arrange pallets.
7. Empty garbage bins daily. Ensure all bins are located off the compound
8. Maintain the parking areas ensuring it is cleared of grass, etc.
9. Maintain pipes, fixtures and fittings.
10. Blow-out the ramp.
11. Any other related duties as may be assigned.
Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience in landscaping and general property maintenance.
• Proven skills in maintaining grounds on a large scale.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
• Physical strength to perform manual duties.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
