03/13/2026We are seeking a Junior Internal Auditor to support risk‑based internal audits and advisory reviews. This role is ideal for someone building foundational skills in audit, risk, controls, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support audit planning, fieldwork, testing, and documentation
- Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and prepare clear workpapers
- Identify control gaps and assist with drafting audit findings
- Support risk assessments, follow‑ups, and audit tracking
- Collaborate professionally with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years’ experience (internships accepted)
- Basic understanding of internal controls and business processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Additional Skills / Added Advantage
- Progress toward ACCA, CPA, CIA, or CISA
- Exposure to audit tools, GRC platforms, or data analytics
