Position Summary

The Inventory Controller will serve as the custodian for all  products distributed by the company. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely deliveries, and proper documentation of all inventory movements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the Lubricants Division.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage daily inventory movements (sales, purchases, returns)

·        Document and process customer orders and deliveries

·        Issue and dispatch products with proper authorization

·        Supervise warehouse operations and maintain stock integrity

·        Update inventory databases and spreadsheets

·        Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances

·        Liaise with internal departments and external customers

·        Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

·        Responsible for receiving and offloading containers

Qualifications & Experience

·        Five (5) CXC/GCE O’Level passes including Mathematics and English

·        Certification in Inventory Management

·        Certification in Supervisory Management will be an asset

·        Forklift Operator experience will be an asset

·        Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar environment

·        Working knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Act

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
