We are seeking a reliable, responsible and hands-on individual to oversee the general landscaping, upkeep and maintenance of our property.

The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and taking pride in maintaining a clean, neat and presentable environment. We are looking for someone who can identify what needs to be done and take the necessary action without requiring constant supervision or step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance

• Cutting and maintaining lawns and grassed areas.
• Trimming hedges, shrubs and trees as required.
• Pruning plants, weeding and maintaining garden beds.
• Clearing leaves, debris and overgrown vegetation.
• Maintaining outdoor spaces in a neat and presentable condition.

Building & General Maintenance

• Cleaning exterior glass, windows and building surfaces.
• Pressure washing walkways, driveways and exterior areas.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property's surroundings.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or areas requiring attention.
• Performing minor general maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping or general building maintenance would be an asset.
• A certificate or training in landscaping, horticulture or a related area would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, pressure washers and other relevant equipment.
• A willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
