Position Summary

The Digital Media Curator is responsible for the strategic organization, execution, and management of digital media content across all platforms. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency by collaborating with the marketing team and subsidiaries, while aligning with approved marketing plans and corporate objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Collaborate with the Marketing Team Leader and subsidiary teams to develop and implement digital media marketing plans across all social media platforms.
  • ·   Manage and execute the digital media calendar, ensuring timely posting and engagement including query response within 24 hours.
  • ·      Coordinate with graphic designers to create and curate compelling still and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • ·   Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics regularly to assess performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • ·     Conduct periodic visits to subsidiaries to ensure compliance with marketing initiatives, measure customer response, and promote retention.
  • ·         Oversee website maintenance to ensure content is current, relevant, and optimized.
  • ·         Assist in preparing and distributing external and internal email communications as required.
  • ·    Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
  • ·         Implement community management strategies to optimize digital advertising and customer interaction.
  • ·         Provide detailed monthly progress and performance reports to the Marketing Team Leader and relevant stakeholders.
  • ·         Undertake additional duties and site visits as assigned by management.
  • ·         Any other duties that may be assigned

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in digital marketing or media curation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, professional, well-organized, and capable of both independent and team contributions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset.
