Position Objective 

To lead and manage the Company’s overall marketing, advertising, branding, and promotional strategies across all branches and business divisions, ensuring consistent brand positioning, increased market visibility, and measurable return on marketing investment. 

This role is responsible for corporate marketing initiatives and works collaboratively with the Purchasing Director, Operations and Retail Manager and Sales Manager to support overall revenue growth, while maintaining distinct responsibility for advertising, media, digital presence, and brand management. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management 

  • Develop quarterly marketing and advertising strategy to discuss with Management for approval 

  • Execute the Company’s annual marketing and advertising strategy. 

  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all branches and divisions. 

  • Position Bhagwansingh’s as a market leader in hardware, steel, construction supplies, and building materials. 

  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking. 

 

2. Advertising & Media Management 

  • Plan and manage all advertising campaigns (radio, print, outdoor, digital, and in-store). 

  • Liaise with advertising agencies, media houses, graphic designers, and production vendors. 

  • Negotiate advertising placements and secure cost-effective media buys. 

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluation reports. 

 

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence 

  • Oversee and manage the Company’s website and social media platforms. 

  • Develop content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and emerging platforms. 

  • Manage paid digital campaigns and targeted online promotions. 

  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. 

  • Protect and enhance the Company’s online reputation. 

 

4. In-Store & Promotional Marketing 

  • Based on the approval from management, plan and execute store promotions, sales events, loyalty programproduct launches, and customer engagement activities. 

  • Coordinate point-of-sale materials, banners, signage, and promotional displays.
