About the Role

We are seeking a creative and dependable Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our digital presence and day-to-day operations across companies under our parent brand.

This role focuses on supporting our content creation, digital marketing efforts, and online customer engagement. This role requires someone adaptable, proactive, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing

● Create engaging photo and video content for digital platforms, including social media

● Confidently appear on camera for product features, promotions, and brand storytelling

● Assist with filming and producing short-form video content such as Reels

● Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand content

● Respond to customer messages and comments across social media platforms

● Provide clear and helpful information to customers online

● Assist with email marketing campaigns

● Assist with creating and publishing blog content

● Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Operational Support

● Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries

● Liaise with customers regarding order updates

● Assist with packing orders and preparing shipments

● Support operational tasks and other assigned duties when needed
