Experienced Mechanical Planner with 5+ years of refinery turnaround or shutdown planning experience in process plants.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop mechanical work packs.
· Coordinate scope with operations, engineering and contractors.
· Review drawings and P&IDs.
· Plan materials, tools and manpower.
· Integrate HSE requirements into work plans.
· Coordinate turnaround schedules.
· Ensure refinery safety compliance.
· Support contractors during execution.
· Track KPIs and schedule progress.
· Support post-turnaround reviews.

· Turnaround planning
· Mechanical systems expertise
· HSE & OSHA knowledge
· Cross-functional coordination
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum MBO/MTS in Mechanical Engineering.
· 5+ years' turnaround planning experience.
· Planning & scheduling software experience.
· CMMS proficiency.
· Knowledge of OSHA/HSE regulations.
